I'm Goran and I like natural language processing (I like many other things, but with this kind of being my professional site, I thought I'd mention NLP first).
I am an Assistant Professor (in German: Juniorprofessor) for NLP at the Data and Web Science group of the University of Mannheim.

WHY NLP?
Since elementary school I had a crush on both math and languages. Later on came the love for programming. NLP is a weird mix of all three.
OTHER THAN NLP
I love sports. More or less actively I do: fitness, swimming, squash, and futsal. I play guitar and dance salsa and bachata. I'm a huge dog and cat lover.
